Brilliant HD - Deluxe Teeth Whitening Kit by NuNutrients

I always get a knot in my stomach when I have to write a less than favorable review of a product. Even if i'm not impressed with a product, I always like to highlight the good as well and the bad. On this one, I don't have anything good to highlight. But, I value my integrity as a blogger, so I am always honest. So here we go.

The product information from the product's amazon page. “NuNutrients is proud to offer Brilliant HD - Deluxe Teeth Whitening Kit, a dental grade whitening solution that removes years worth of stains in as little as 1 treatment. Ok, now my thoughts. I used the product a few times, and seeing no results I went to the amazon product page to check out the reviews. I had already noticed the misspelled words on the product packaging. “Brialliant” and “treament” are not the correct spellings, but packaging errors happen so I over looked that. Looking at amazon made me very concerned. I saw someone point out the there is no percentages listed for the ingredients. I checked my box and saw that person was correct. Then I noticed that there were a very large amount of 5 star reviews that did not have the “verified purchase” listed. That means they reviewed the product, but did not buy it from amazon. Did they buy it elsewhere? Maybe. But my concern was did they buy it at all. There are also a large amount of reviews written at the same time. Up to 23 in one day, all 5 star, all unverified. I wonder if these people were provided the product in exchange for a review like I was, but just left 5 star reviews without even trying the product. Then there was the fact that the product didn't work, and the mouth trays are uncomfortable to wear and hard to mold. I contacted the company to express my concerns and ask them to verify for me the percentages of the ingredients, and as of today, 1/11/15, 3 weeks later, I have not received a response. I would not recommend this product, or anything made by this company. There is just to much questionable activity, coupled with the product not working, for me to ever be comfortable recommending them or their products.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
I never recommend products i don't like or use personally.
