I am one of those lucky people who often has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I also have a condition called sleep apnea, which prohibits me from taking a lot of the sleep medicines out there. (The little green butterfly is pretty, but no Lunesta can be taken at my house) For this reason i was excited to get to try the Vicks ZzzQuil sleep aid. ZzzQuil is non-habit forming, and contains no added medicines like some PM pills. It comes in gel caps or liquid, i tried the gel caps. A 12 count box of the gel caps sells for about $5 at walmart. The main ingredient is   Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg, an antihistamine.  This is the same active ingredient in Benedryl.  So, You take two of the ZzzQuil pills and you fall asleep quickly, and i stayed alseep for a full 10 hours.
