Thanks to Red Rover Naturals I have had the pleasure of trying out and reviewing their old factory Candle set. The set I got was “Happy Holidays” which contains 3 different 2 ounce candles; Christmas Tree, Candy Cane, Gingerbread. These candles smell AMAZING! I could smell them the minute I opened the box. They are made in the USA with natural soy wax and have self-trimming cotton candle wicks. They burn clean for over 20 hours. They are small, only 2 ounces, but don't let that fool you, they pack a powerful scent. When lit they fill the room with their wonderful aroma, and the scent lasts for hours after they have been blown out. They have 12 unique themes to choose from. The jars have a kind of rustic look and are very cute. These would also make a great christmas gift, and with the "man cave" set the would even be good for the men in your life. Every purchase is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely thrilled with the fragrance or appearance of these candles...
This blog is about my fight with ASUS computer company to get them to honor my warranty and replace my laptop. If anyone wants to share this page on the ASUS facebook page i would appreciate it. After contacting both geek squad and ASUS, they determined that i had gotten a virus in the audio software. I uninstalled the software, ran a comprehensive virus cleanup, purchased a new "better" anti-virus program the ASUS tech recommended and re-installed the audio drivers. Problem solved...or so i thought. Over the next ...
In light of the recent video that has come to light showing ex-ravens player Ray Rice knocking then fiance, current wife Janay Palmer unconscious in a elevator, i have seen a lot of people asking "why did she still marry him?" and "why do woman stay with men that beat them?" I'd like to take a moment to offer some insight, as a survivor of domestic violence myself. The day i was married, sept 2nd of 2005, 8 months pregnant and so naive, is the day my ex-husband first hit me. One of my male family members had said something incredibly rude to him, which caused us to argue after the wedding and reception. I made the "mistake" of defending that while my uncle was wrong, he said what he said because he loved me. I didn't even see it coming when he backhanded me. I locked myself in the bathroom, holding my stomach, thinking of my son, and sobbing. But he apologized...he was stressed, hurt by what had been said to him, and so sorry. He worked hard ...
