On saturday i got my very first voxbox from Influenster. I was so excited! Influenster sends out voxbox's with products for you to try for free, in exchange for reviewing the product and sharing it on social media. My TT Britt has done a few, so i had seen the boxes before and knew how amazing they were. Thus my excitement on being chosen for one! My Ivory voxbox contained a 24oz bottle of Ivory 2-in-1 Hair and Body wash, refreshing scent. It also contained my instruction card and 3 coupons. I am very picky about my hair products, but for the sake of my review i used it as intended, as a body wash and as a shampoo/conditioner. The scent is very nice, light and pleasant. As a body wash i loved it. It lathers nicely, leaves your skin feeling clean and moisturized, and rinses clean away. As a shampoo/conditioner it worked well, lathers nicely and cleans well. Once upon a time I sold Mary Kay. They make a product that i love love LOVE, called "Satin Hands." Satin Hands is a 3 step system with a "hand softener"(moisturizer), a scrub and a hand cream. Using it made your hands feel baby butt smooth, LOL. Yesterday my best friend in the whole world shared a post with me on facebook for a homemade version of the scrub. I was intrigued. It consists of 2 ingredients and takes about 3 minutes to make. So i figured i would give it a try. Oh my goodness! I used the scrub, which felt and smelled amazing, and then my favorite hand lotion and my hands are now baby butt smooth. It is, in my opinion, just as good as the satin hands set and it didn't cost me $34. (YAY) I cannot verify the origins or creator of this recipe.
